A different mode of transport

I feel very fortunate in that I get to be part of people’s happiest day of their life.
I offer all kinds of different packages to suit every budget and am a big fan of the midweek weddings. Usually, small intimate celebrations that are not as traditional. The bride and groom often wants no fuss and just wish to spend the day with their closest friends and family. The couples are often on a tight budget and need to be all the more creative when planning their big day.
Sally and Simon’s wedding was one of my favourite midweek weddings ever. Set in Edinburgh on probably the sunniest day in March there ever was, Sally’s and Simon’s friends had a great idea of how the couple would get from the registry office to the meal at the Grain store restaurant without spending a fortune. The couple love cycling, so no need for fancy wedding cars or a horse and carriage…
Here are some of my favourites:
Sally’s dress and fascinator: made by our mutual wonderful artist friend Yvonne Mullock (http://www.yvonnemullock.co.uk)
Venue: Registry office, Lothian Chambers, 59-63 George IV Bridge, Edinburgh EH1 1RN
Telephone 0131 529 2600
on to: The Grain Store Restaurant (http://www.grainstore-restaurant.co.uk)
