The good Life

Now my dear readers, let me introduce to you my idea for the pre-wedding shoot! I offer all my couples a pre-wedding shoot as part of my wedding package as fundamentally I think a pre-wedding shoot is the perfect opportunity for me and my clients to get to know each other a bit better and for them to see how I am to have around on their special day. In a way it’s probably the most intrusive they’ll see me as on their wedding day they’ll hardly notice that I’m there and I won’t scoop them up and take them away for 2h to get photographs taken. So when I first came up with the idea to include the pre-wedding shoot into my wedding package I knew that I didn’t want to offer my couples the standard posed pictures in front of yet another garage wall, holding a vintage camera etc. YAWN! I belief that we ‘normal’ people aren’t models. If we are told to do something, to stand in a way that we don’t usually stand it doesn’t look natural, does it?! And I also don’t think that this tells me much about the couple themselves and I came to the conclusion that I wanted my clients personalities to shine through in every pre-wedding shoot picture. So when you book me for your wedding, I hand you a questionnaire to fill in with questions about yourselves and then I tailor a shoot to your personalities.You then get to select one of the images from the shoot and I get it printed and mounted and ready for your guests to sign at your wedding! A lovely little keep sake and so very you!

And to show you what I am talking about let me introduce to you my lovely friends Vonney & Tristan. Now those two are the bestest, most loveliest and fun of couples I know and I love them to bits. Their dog Boo is so cute, I need to be careful not to squeeze the stuffing out of him whenever I see him. Vonney & Tristan love the good life and each other and if that’s not plain to see in these snaps than I have failed. Full stop!
